I am not my Fursona Stamp

I am under the impression that some people believe that just because you are a furry means you think you're an animal. I find it as one of the many stereotypes against furries that are, for the most part, untrue.

For Example: I am a furry. My fursona is a Miraj. But does that mean I think I am a Miraj? No. Does it mean I like to pretend I am a Miraj? No. It's just a character that I like to draw.
