Anti Speciesist Stamp

I do not think there is an internet group of people I dislike more than speciesist. For starters, they're HUGE hypocrites. They constantly bitch about misanthropes and their claim that they want the human race exterminated, and yet they fully support the mass slaughtering of animals. They usually sugar coat their belief by saying that hunting overpopulated animals helps the environment, which in a way is true, but they overglorify it to the point were animals might as well only exist as corpses. They claim that no other form of helping the environment truly exists, despite that being a downright lie. And it's not just hunting they support, it's anything having to do with killing animals, whether it be meat, fur, animal testing, anything that requires the death of an animal, they support it.

But what I hate the most about them is that they have the nerve to call themselves animal lovers, and act as if any REAL animal lover, someone who doesn't agree with all the same bullshit speciesist do, is some sheltered, retarded person who lives in a Disney-like fantasy world. And I've met my fair share of speciesist. They almost ALWAYS claim they want to be something involving animals, whether it be a vet or a biologist or something else. And as far as I'm concerned, this is usually a lie just to cover up the fact that they only care about the human race.

And their so-called facts? Usually they're normal truths stretched out of proportions to make certain situations involving animals seem more dire than they really are. And of coarse real facts involving humans, they are completely ignored and given a list of excuses. In other words, hypocrisy and double standards.

And of coarse the arguments. "Oh, they're not humans. They're not as intelligent as us. They don't have a spec of importance to the planet compared to humans. Blah, blah, blah." Basically, they act as if the human race is the ultimate good and everything else is a spec of dust.

No, I don't live in the Fantasy world. I live in the real world where animals are living, breathing creatures just like we are. Yes, our own race is important, but so is the environment. Why is it that we should only "help" our own race in non-lethal ways just because we're all human? That doesn't make me sheltered or retarded, it means I don't have the same opinions as they do. So yeah, I like in the real world, not a Disney world.

...And one more thing, I hate Disney. (...Except for Lilo & Stitch, and Pixar.)
